Dear Mr. & Mrs. Beehler:
At the November 6, 1972 meeting, the Planning Board of the
Town of Wappinger unanimously adopted the following resolution:
TENTATIVE APPROVAL IS HEREBY GRANTED to William V. and
Joyce M. Beehler for subdivision as shown on map entitled, "Survey
of Property for William V. & Joyce M. Beehler, Town of Wappinger,
Dutchess County, NE~w York", prepared by Robert L.B. Jennings, L.S.,
and dated October 14, 1972v subject to the following requirements:
Within six months of this tentative approval, the applicant
is authorized to stilimit an application for approval of a subdivision
plat in accordance with Article II, Section 22; Article III, Section 30;
and Article IV of t:he Subdivision Regulations. In addition, the
application must mE!et the requirements of the Town of Wappinger
Zoning Ordinance. In addition, the following improvements, reservations,
changes, and requirements are pre-requisite to the approval of the
plat.
1. Approval of the Dutchess County Department of Health shall
be obtained.
