Said improvements are to be oompleted to the satisfa.otion of the Town's Engineer. a. All road.s, including connections to all private drives, access ~rays or parking area.s wi thin the subdivision, accessory storm water drainage facilities, as indicated on the construction detail sheets. b. Permanent surveyor's monuments as shown on the plat, as reVlf!ed. c. Street trees, as indicated on the construction detail sheets. d. Standard l'own of Wappinger street signs as specified i. 2 above '. 4. 11'1 order tc:> obtain the endorsement of the Chairman of the Planning Board on the plat prior to the completion of the required improvements specified above, the applicant may file 1'ri th the Town of Wappinger a performance bond insurin~ the completion of all said improvements in the ~nount to be set by the Planning Board. The form, sufficiency, and manner of execution of such performance bond shall be approved by the Town Board. 5. In order to facilitate 1nspectlon of the required im- provements during construction, the applicant shall notify the TO~in Engineer's secretary before he proceeds with each of the following stages of construction, and no construction will be approved without such notification. a.
