At the October 5 meeting of the Town of Wappinger Planning Board
the fOllowing motion was made by Robert Steinhaus, seconded by
Thomas Logan, and passed unanimously:

2. Modification of construotion detail sheets to show
location of standard Town of Wappinger street signs at
intersections.
3. The applicant shall install or construct the fallowing
improvement,s. Said improvements are to be oompleted to
the satisfa.otion of the Town's Engineer.
a. All road.s, including connections to all private drives,
access ~rays or parking area.s wi thin the subdivision,
accessory storm water drainage facilities, as indicated
on the construction detail sheets.
b. Permanent surveyor's monuments as shown on the plat,
as reVlf!ed.
c. Street trees, as indicated on the construction detail
sheets.
d. Standard l'own of Wappinger street signs as specified i.

4. 11'1 order tc:> obtain the endorsement of the Chairman of
the Planning Board on the plat prior to the completion
of the required improvements specified above, the
applicant may file 1'ri th the Town of Wappinger a
performance bond insurin~ the completion of all said
improvements in the ~nount to be set by the Planning
Board. The form, sufficiency, and manner of execution
of such performance bond shall be approved by the Town Board.
5. In order to facilitate 1nspectlon of the required im-
provements during construction, the applicant shall
notify the TO~in Engineer's secretary before he proceeds
with each of the following stages of construction,
and no construction will be approved without such
notification.
a. At least 3 days before back-filling of underground

d. After completion of all improvements.
6. All homes on Lots 1-8 shall face the same way and drive-

7. Owner shall petid5ion Town Board to change name of east-
west portton of Henry Road exiBting on to Losee Road
from Henr~r Road to Alladin Court.

8. The applicant shall provide the Planning Board with four
copies of the Plat Plan which has to be signed by the
Chairman.
