1 LOLOA ( Lake Oniad Lot Owners Association) is an otp'i~on supported by
both voluntaIy and physical contributions of an active voluntaIy membership.
2 A large part of the lake is private property and taxed separately.
See attachment 2 Lake map.
3 The LOLOA land between the road and the lake water is only an average width
of 14 feet Nothing can be built thete due to building codes R20 ( setback
requirement from the road and from standing body of water ) and highway
easement requirements.

4 LOLOA has NO plans to change the nature of the lake appearance as this is the
prime reason most residents have chosen to live here and have formed a
organi7stion to support and protect the lake.

I The purpose or these districts is to allow the development at a higher density when public (or common) sewer and/or water supply is used. The following lot widths and yard requirements
are required:
2 Based on net lot area.
l Notwithstanding the minimum side and rear yard setbacks set forth in this schedule, the minimum side and rear yard setbacks shall be six feet for accessory buildings and sheds less than 100
square feel in area provided that, on any lot less than two acres ill area, there shall not be more than two such accessory buildings within the minimum side or rear yard required for principal
buildings. The minimum side and rear yard setback for any shed with electric service shall he 10 teet. See - 240-16.1, Shed amnesty. for sheds constructed prior to January I, 1997 and
registered prior to December 31.2003.
