See attachment 2 Lake map. 3 The LOLOA land between the road and the lake water is only an average width of 14 feet Nothing can be built thete due to building codes R20 ( setback requirement from the road and from standing body of water ) and highway easement requirements. See attachment 3 Zoning requirement See attachment 4 Lake map and supporting pictures 4 LOLOA has NO plans to change the nature of the lake appearance as this is the prime reason most residents have chosen to live here and have formed a organi7stion to support and protect the lake. 5 LOLOA has NO plans to have a requirement for either water or sewer. ~DAIRA" 40 ~<v r~, 4/~W " /*-<v 0 ,,<;0; 'v~ ~I:J~ ,1b CLYDE a..0~0r'" V ELLISON , 5 \ \ /P E '(KOZAK RENTAL) COLLETTI \\ ~1~1.f 2a.. \., ..1wP4te1'1 'Pe",A 1'1:_1'1' .r / ('/lOpE 2a PE \ ".
