Conditions/Stipulations: The following conditions and/or stipulations were adopted by resolution
of the Board as part of the action stated above:
The ZEA has granted a variance to allow three temporary signs contingent upon
obtaining a license for going out of business. Where temporary signs are not allowed
larger than 6 sq. feet, the applicant is proposing 3 temporary signs (28, 240 and 240
sq feet) total 508 sq feet. Thus allowing the applicant a variance of 490 sq feet
total signs.
