Conditions/Stipulations: The following conditions and/or stipulations were adopted by resolution
of the Board as part of the action stated above:
(1) The ZBA granted a variance to allow 3 temporary signs, where only one sign
is allowed the applicant is proposing 3 signs. The ZBA grants a variance
for 2 more signs.
(2) The ZBA granted a variance to allow 5 temporary contractor trailers. Where
only one is allowed, the applicant is proposing 6 trailers. The ZBA granted
a variance for 5 trailers.
(3) The Zba granted a variance to allow 3 temporary signs larger than 6 Sq feet.
The applicant is proposing a 32sq foot double sid~d si~n. 32sq sin~le sided sign,
and 16sq foot dmilile sided sign Total 12R sq fRRt of signs. The ZRA granted
a variance of 122 sq. feet to allow 3 signs.
