of the Board as part of the action stated above:
The ZBA granted a variance for a side yard setback to allow a two tier deck
to be 3 feet from the side yard. Where 25 feet side yard setback is required,
the applicant can only provide 22 feet for a two tier deck. The variance is
granted for 3 feet.
