If an application for the alteration of lot lines or dimensions meets the definition of Lot Line Cnange, the Planning Board may determine that the application does not require subdivisil'n approval. 1 he Planning Board is authorized upon such determination to direct the Planning Board Chairperson to sign a Lot Line Change Plat subject to such conditlOUs and requirements as the Plarming Board deems necessary. The Lucal Law amends Subsection 185-48B entitled "Gross Density" by adding the follo\\-ing paragraph: "In the R-3 District, if the To\-vn Bc,ard allows an increase in dm"it.v for a senior citizen housing development and the applicliIlt p.roposes that the project consist of both senior citizen multiple dwelling units and non-senior citiz'.:n mult.iIJle dwelling units, then notwithstanding Subsection 185-48B above, the maximum d~Ilsity le'lel shull bt" 9 unit, per acre of Usable Area and at least one of every three additi0naJ units ~~hall be a senior citizen housing unit as defined herem All the additional units shaH be subject to the size resiricti"ns 5et forth in Subsection 185-48B(3)."
