Conditions/Stipulations: The following conditions and/or stipulations were adopted by resolution
of the Board as part of the action stated above:
The ZBA has granted a variance to allow a 10' X 10' front deck in the front yard.
Where a 50' front yard setback is required, the applicant can provide 29.7'.
Thus requesting a 21' variance. The ZBA has granted a 21' front yard variance.
