Conditions/Stipulations: The following conditions and/or stipulations were adopted by resolution
of the Board as part of the action stated above:
The ZBA has granted a variance to allow a 15' X 24' A/G pool in the side/rear
yard. Where a 40' rear yard setback is required the applicant can provine 71'H".
and where a 20' side yard setback is required the applicant can provide 1H'.
The variance is granted for a rear yard 16'4" and side yard variance of 12'.
