Willowbrook Road Clinton Corners, New york 12514 Dear Mr. Mead: At their April 21st, 1980 meeting, the Planning Board of the Town of Wappinger, adopted the following resolutions: TENTATIVE APPROVAL IS HEREBY GRANTED to Maloney Design, Inc. - Richard T. Head, for subdivision as shown on map entitled "Subc1ivision plat, Blue Ridge, section 3, Towns of Nappinger & La Grange, Dut.chess county, New York", prepared by Richard N. Carlson, L.S., and dated March 1980, subject to the following requir~nents: within six months of this tentative approval, the applicant is authorized to submit an application for approval of a subdivision plat in accordance with Article II, Section 22; Article III, section 30; and Article IV of the Subdivision Regulations. In additi9n, -the application must meet the requirements of the Tmvn of wappinger zoning ordinance. In addition, the following improvements, reservations, changes, and requirements are pre-requisite to the approval of the plat. 1. Downstream drainage fee of $200.00 per lot shall be paid prior to the signing of the plat and credit for payment will be given at time of further subdivision. (Fee of $400.00 has been paid) 2. Mead -2- April 23rd, 1980 WHEREAS, an application for final approval of a subdivision plat entitled "Subdivision plat, Blue Ridge, Section 3, Towns of Wappinger & La Grange, Dutchess county, New York", was received by the Town of Wappinger Planning Board on April 21st, 1980, and WHEREAS, a final public hearing is waived by the Town of Wappinger Planning Board, and WHEREAS, the requirements of the subdivision Regulations of the Town of Wappinger have been met by said subdivision plat and application, except as noted below, and WHEREAS, the conditions of the preliminary approval of said subdivision plat, granted by the Town of Wappinger Planning Board on April 2ls~, 1980, have been met, except as noted below. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the application of Maloney Design, Inc. - Richard T. Mead, for approval of said subdivision plat, prepared by Richard N. Carlson, L.S., and dated March 1980, be approved subject to the following conditions, and that the Chairman be authorized to endorse approval OD said subdivision plat upon compliance with said conditions by the applicant, which conditional approval shall expire six months from the date of this resolution if the applicant has not complied with the conditions "-. ~. .~ '. set forth .--'---... Upon completion of all requirements set forth in the action approving the Subdivision plat, the plat shall be properly signed by the appropriate officers of the Planning Board, and shall be filed by the applicant in the Office of the County Clerk in accordance with the requirements of section 278 of the Town Law. Any Subdivision Plat not so filed within sixty days of the date of Planning Board signature shall become null and void. 1.
