Dear Mr. Mead:
At the May 19th, 1975 meeting, the Planning Board of the
Town of wappinger adopted the following resolution:
WHEREAS, an application for final approval of a subdivision
plat entitled "subdivision Plat, Blue Ridge, To'Wl1S of Wappinger
and La Grange, Dutchess County, New York" was received by the
Town of Wappinger Planning Board on May 12, 1975, and
WHEREAS, a final public hearing is waived by the Town of Wappinger
Planning Board, and
WflliREAS, the requirements of the Subdivision Regulations of
the Town of Wappinger have been met by said subdivision plat and
application, except as noted below, and
WHEREAS, the conditions of the preliminary approval of said
subdivision pla-t, granted by the Town of Wappinqer Planning Board
on May 19th, 1975, have been met, except as noted below.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the application of
Richard T. Mead - Maloney Design, Inc. for approval of said subdivision
plat, prepared by Richard N. Carlson, LoS., and dated revised 5/16/75,
be approved subject to the following conditions, and that the Chairman
be authorized to endorse approval on said subdivision plat upon complianCE
with said conditions by -the applican-t, which conditional approval shall
expire six months from the date of this resolution if the applicant
has not complied with -the conditions set forth.
Upon completion of all requirements set forth in the action
approving the subdivision Plat, the Plat shall be properly signed
by the appropriate officers of the Planning Board, and shall be
filed by the applicant in the Office of the County Clerk in
accordance with the requirements of Section 278 of the Town Law.

Any Subdivision Plat not so filed within ninety days of the date of
Planning Board signature shall become null and void.
1. There shall be no further subdivision of the 5.8+ acres
parcel and the additional dwelling units on the premises shall
be rented only.
2. Four copies of the filed map shall be obtained from the
County Clerk's office and submitted for Planning Board's files.
