At the July 28th, 1986 meeting of the Town of Wappinger Planning Board, a motion was made by Mr. Keller, seconded by Mr. Parsons, to adopt the following resolution: BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE PLANNING BOARD OF THE TOWN OF WAPPINGER HEREBY GRANTS FINAL AMENDED SITE PLAN APPROVAL to Can & Susan Tekben for a site plan entitled, "As Built Map & Survey for Can and Suzanne Tekben, Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York", prepared by Robert L. Campbell, L.L.S., and dated 8/7/86 and revised 8/24/86, and subject to the follo~ing conditions: 1. Approval of the Dutchess County Department of Health on water supply and sewage disposal shall be obtained prior to the issuance of a bulding permit. 2. Approval of New York State Dept. of Transportation and exit prior to the issuance of a building permit. shall be obtained on entrance 3. The shall be rip rap to the stream instead of plantings. 4. Upon completion of all requirements set forth in the action approving the site plan, 6 copies of the site plan shall be submitted for the Planning Board Chairman's signature. At the February 24th, 1986 meeting of the Town of Wappinger Planning Board, a motion was made by Mr. Fanuele, seconded by Mr. Keller, to adopt the following resolution: BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE PLANNING BOARD OF THE TOWN OF WAPPINGER HEREBY GRANTS FINAL SITE PLAN APPROVAL to Can & susan Tekben for a site plan entitled, "The Bookworm, Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York", prepard by John E. Railing, P.E., L.S., and dated November 11th, 1985 and revised 12/30/85, 1/22/86, 1/30/86 & 2/7/86, and subject to the following conditions: 1. Approval of the Dutchess County Department of Health on water supply and sewage disposal shall be obtained prior to the issuance of a bulding permit. 2. Approval of NYS Department of Transportation and exit prior to the issuance of a building permit. shall be obtained on entrance 3. Downstream drainage fee of $ .15 a square foot for newly constructed roofed areas and areas covered with impervious material shall be paid prior to the issuance of a buidling permit. 4. An erosion control plan shall be approved by the Engineer to the Town and the Conservation Advisory Council prior to the issuance of a building permit in accordance with the requirements of the Town of Wappinger Soil Erosion & Sediment Control Ordinance. 5. An application shall be made to the Zoning Administrator for a grading permit which shall meet the Soil Erosion & Sediment Control Ordinance requirements, including submission of a plan showing design and materials. A month by month schedule shall be submitted to the Zoning Administrator prior to the issuance of a building permit. 6. A drainage plan shall be approved by the Engineer to the Town prior to the issuance of a building permit. The Conservation Advisory Council shall be given an opportunity to review the plan. 7. A copy of the building plans shall be supplied to the Fire Prevention Bureau for their review prior to the issuance of a building permit. 8. The Fire Prevention Bureau shall inspect the premises prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy. PLANNING BOARD TOWN OF WAPPINGER TOWN HALL WAPPINGERS FALLS. Any signs to be located on the premises and/or building shall comply with the requirements of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance unless a variance is first obtained. 10. Site lighting shall be submitted and reviewed by the Zoning Administrator prior to the issuance of a building permit to insure that there will be no glare onto roadways and/or adjacent residential areas. 11. Landscaping shall be required as determined by the Planning Board. The slope must be protected. 12. A certified, as built plan shall be submitted to the Planning Board for their review before the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy. 13. Upon completion of all requirements set forth in the action approving the site plan, 6 copies of the site plan shall be submitted for the Planning Board Chairman's signature. 14. If the hours of operation are extended beyond the hours of darkness, the lights must be installed as per the site plan.
