Dear Mr. Brescia:
At the September 30th, 1985 Special meetin~ of the Town of Wappinger Planning
Board, a motion waE: m3.de by Mr. Mills to adopt the following resolution:
APPROVAL IS HEREBY GIVEN to Dick Brescia for resubdivision, lot line re-
alignment for Lands of Dick Brescia Enterprises, Inc., as shown on map entitled,
"Lot Line Re-Alignrnent, Lands of Dick Brescia Enterprises, Inc., Town of Wappinger,
Dutchess County, New York", prepared by John E. Railing, P.E., L.S., and dated
Septembe:c 23rd, 1985, and revised September 26th, 1985, with the following condition:
1. A note shall be placed on the plan that Parcel B has an easement and
traffic access from Parcel A.

Dear Mr. Brescia:
At the August 29th, 1983 meeting of the Planning Board,
a motion was made by Mr. Parsons, to grant preliminary and
final approval and waive the final public hearing. The resolutions
of approval are as follows:
TENTATIVE APPROVAL IS HEREBY GRANTED to Richard Brescia for
subdivision as shown on map entitled "Subdivision of the Lands of
Dick Brescia Construction Corp., Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York II, prepared by Richard G. Barger, P oE 0 & L. So, and dated
May 16, 1983, subject to the following requirements:
Within six months of this tentative approval, the applicant
is authorized to submit an application for approval of a subdivision
plat in accordance with the Town of Wappinger Subdivision Regulations.
In addition, the application must meet the requirements of the Town
of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance. In addition, the following improvements"
reservations, changes, and requirements are pre-requisite to the
approval of the plat.

1. Approval of the Dutchess County Department of Health shall
be obtained prior ~o the signing of the plat.
2. Downstream drainage fee of $200.00 for the newly created
building lots shall be paid prior to the signing of the plat.
Credit for payment will be given at the time of site plan
approval of parcels 1 and 20

3. Site plan approval,is required on lots I and 2 prior
to development.
4e F.A.A. approval is required prior to site plan developmen~
of parcels I and 2.
5 e Curb cut permits shall be obt:ained from the Dutchess
County Department of Public Works prior to site plan
development of parcels I and 20
6. Flood plain boundary shall be delineated on the plat
prior to signing.
7. The flow of the stream is not be blocked or impeded
in any way.. ~.

8. Five copies of the filed map shall be submitted for
Planning Board distribution. Said copies shall be obtained
from the County Clerk1s office.
WHEREAS, an application for final approval of a subdivision
plat entitled ttSubdivision of Lands of Dick Brescia Construction
Corp., Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New Yorku was received
by the Town of Wappinger Planning Board on August 29th, 1983, and
WHEREAS, a final public hearing is waived by the Town of Wappinger
Planning Board, and
WHEREAS, the requirements of the Subdivision Regulations of
the Town of Wappinger have been met by said subdivision plat and
application, except as noted below, and
WHEREAS, the conditions of the preliminary approval of said
subdivision plat, granted by the Town of Wappinger Planning Board
on August 29th, 1983, have been met, except as noted below.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the application of ';
Richard Brescia for'approval of a subdivision plat, prepared by
Richard G. Barger, PoE. & L~S., and dated May 16th, 1983, be
approved subject to the following conditions, and that the Chairman
be authorized to endorse approval on said subdivision plat upon
compliance with said conditions by the applicant, which conditional
approval shall expire six months from the date of this resolution
i.f the applicant has not complied with the conditions set forth.
Upon completion of all requirements set forth in the action
approving the Subdivision Plat, the Plat shall be properly signed
by the appropriate officers of the Planning Board, and shall be
filed by the applicant in the Office of the County Clerk in .accordance
with the requirements of Section 278 of the Town Law. Any Subdivision
Plat not so filed within sixty daus of the date of Planning Board
signature shall become null and void.
Conditions of final approval are the sarne as those stated _""
in the resolution of preliminary approval.
