Anderson, Zoning Administrator From: Town of Wappinger Planning Board Date: April 21st, 1976 Subject: Application of Dick Brescia Associates for site plan approval and a special Use permit for three apartments located on Route 376, in the Town of Wappingero At their April 19th, 1976 meeting, the Planning Board of the Town of Wappinger adopted the following resolution: WHEREAS, the Town of Wappinger Planning Board has received an application from Dick Brescia Associates for site plan approval and a Special Use Permit to utilize an existing building for three apartment units on property located on Route 376, in the TO'tffi of Wappinger, and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on said application at the Town Hall, Mill street, Wappingers Falls, New York, on Monday, April 19th, 1976, and WHEREAS, the Town of Wappinger Planning Board reviewed said application and referred it to the Dutchess County Department of Planning for recommendation in accordance with Section 239-1 and 239-m of General Municipal Law and a recommendation was received from them dated March 3rd, 1976. NOW, THEREFOREg BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Town of Wappinger Planning Board approves the site plan entitled "Site Plan, Brescia Apartments, RD 3, Route 3'16, (T) \lTappinger, Dutchess County, Nel,v York", prepared by Michael J. Morris, PaEe, and dated March 1976. IT IS, THEREFORE, RECO~MENDED THAT a Special Use permit be issued subject to the following conditions: 1. Applicant shall comply with the recommendations of the New Hackensack Fire Company as stated in their letter dated February 6th, 1976. 2. Approval of the New york State Department of Transportation shall be obtained and a Highway Work Permit shall be obtained prior to the issuance of any building permits.
