At the April 18th, 1988 meeting of the Town of Wappinger Planning Board, a motion was made by Mr. Mills, seconded by Mr. Simonetty to adopt the following resolution: BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE PLANNING BOARD OF THE TOWN OF WAPPINGER HEREBY GRANTS FINAL 'SITE PLAN APPROVAL to Percy & Jeanette Briscoe, for a site plan entitled, "Percy & Jeanette Briscoe, Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, Site Plan", prepared by John E. Railing, P.E. & L.L.S., and dated 1/4/88, and revised 4/7/88 subject to the following conditions: 1. The Fire Prevention Bureau shall inspect the premises prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy. 2. The sign location is subject to a variance be granted by the Zoning Board of Appeals. 3. The applicant's engineer shall evaluate the existing septic system and submit his professional opinion to the Engineer to the Town.
