Date: April 18th, 1988
Subject: Briscoe Site Plan - Application for site plan approval for a proposed
realty office and insurance agency on property located on Old Post Road,
in the Town of Wappinger.
At the April 18th, 1988 meeting of the Town of Wappinger Planning Board, a
motion was made by Mr. Mills, seconded by Mr. Simonetty to adopt the following
resolution:
BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE PLANNING BOARD OF THE TOWN OF WAPPINGER HEREBY GRANTS FINAL
'SITE PLAN APPROVAL to Percy & Jeanette Briscoe, for a site plan entitled, "Percy &
Jeanette Briscoe, Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, Site Plan", prepared
by John E. Railing, P.E. & L.L.S., and dated 1/4/88, and revised 4/7/88 subject
to the following conditions:
1. The Fire Prevention Bureau shall inspect the premises prior to the issuance of a
Certificate of Occupancy.
2. The sign location is subject to a variance be granted by the Zoning Board of
Appeals.
3. The applicant's engineer shall evaluate the existing septic system and submit
his professional opinion to the Engineer to the Town.

Mr. Hawksley - aye
Mr. Simonetty - aye
Mr. Mills - aye
Mr. Patterson - aye
The motion was carried.
