All outstandina enaineerina related concerns from our December 5th. 2005 review letter have been addressed. We have also reviewed the May 31S\ 2006 Resolution of Final Subdivision Approval and would note the following. Since the Final Resolution has since been revised, this Compliance review supercedes our May 11th, 2006 correspondence. . 4.a: The Zoning Administrator should verify that the Resolution has been signed. . 4.b: The appropriate Town official should verify that the recreation fees have been paid. . 4.c: Satisfied. The well and septic systems for Lot 7 have been approved by the DCHD. The Applicant has also added a note to the Plans indicating that Lot 7 is not to be developed until such time as municipal sewer and water are made available. . 4.d: Pond grading is shown on Sheet 13, along with maintenance notes, the party responsible for maintenance, etc. The Town Planner should verify that all appropriate landscaping has been shown, and that this item has been addressed to his satisfaction. . 4.e: Satisfied. The Drainage District was authorized by the Town Board on February 13th, 2006. . 4.f. Satisfied. All outstanding comments from our December 5th, 2005 review letter have been addressed. . 4.g: The Town Attorney should verify that all legal issues pertaining to the extension of Ada Drive have been addressed. . 4.h: The appropriate Town official should verify that the inspection escrow account has been established. . 4. i: The Applicant should provide a Performance Bond in conformance with our September 28th, 2005 Bond Calculation, to the satisfaction of the Town Attorney. Planning Board RE: BRH Subdivision -2- June 2, 2006 · 4.j: The requested note should be added to the Plans. · 4.k: All required forms and documents are subject to the review and approval of the Town Attorney. · Easements: This office has received and reviwed easements prepared by Richard Barger, P.E., L.S. entitled - "Eck Road" (Nov. 11, 2005), "Drainage Easement Over and Through Lots 2 & 3" (Nov. 11, 2005), "Drainage Easement Over and Through Lots 5, 6 & 7" (Dec. 16,2005), "Ada Drive" (June 19, 2004) and "Sewer Line Easement" (June 19, 2004). We would advise that all metes and bounds descriptions match those shown on the Plans dated last revised November 12th, 2005.
