Dear Board Members:
On Aprll2th. 2006 this office received Sheets 1 through 17A of the BRH Subdivision, dated
last revised November 12lh. 2005 as prepared by Richard Barger, P.C., L.S.
Atl outstandlDC enoineerlna related concerns from our December Slh. 2005 review letter have
been addressed. We have also reviewed the September 71tt, 2005 Resolution of Final
Subdivision Approval and would note the following:
. 3. The appropriate Town official should verify that the recreation fees have been paid.
. 4.8: The Zoning Administrator should verify that the Re&olution has been signed.
. 4.b: s.tJstIed. In his November 301tt, 2005 Compliance Review Letter, the Town Planner
indicated that the Subdivision Plat requirements have been satisfied.
. 4.c: s.,tlsfled. On Aprl1211t, 200S. the Town Tax Collector verified that the taxes have
been paid.
. 4.d: SIIIJdetJ. The Applicant has obtained DCHD approval.
. 4.8: Satlafr<<l. The well and septic systems for Lot 7 have been approved by the DCHD.
The Applicant has also added 8 note to the Plans Indicating that Lot 7 is not to be
developed until such time as municipal sewer and water are made available.
. 4.f. SlltlsIf.,. The DPW approved the Lot 1 curbcut and sight clearing on AprilSlh, 2006
. 4.g: SatltdIed. In his November 30lh, 2005 Compliance Review Letter, the Town Planner
indicated that the ACOE weUand delineation date has been added to the Plans.
. 4.h: The Town Planner should verify that his December 291tt, 2005 memo regarding
wetland delineation has been satisfied.
. 4./: Pond grading is shown on Sheet 13, along with maintenance notes, the party
responsible for maintenance. etc. The Town Planner should verify that all appropriate
landscaping has been shown, and that this Item has been addressed to his satisfaction.

indicated that the existing homes along Ada Drive have been shown on the Plans.
. 4.p: The Town Attorney should verify that all legal Issues pertaining to the extension of
Ada Drive have been addressed.
. 4.q: ~. In his November 3011\, 2005 Compliance Review Letter, the Town Planner
indicated that contours have been shown for the entire site.
. !fE. Though not specified In the Resolution, the Applicant should provide a
Performance Bond In conformance with our September 28",2005 Bond Calculation. to
the satisfaction of the Town Attorney.
. Jaaaments: This office has received and reviwed easements prepared by Richard
Barger, P.E., LS. entitled - "Eek Road" (Nov. 11, 2005), "Drainage Easement Over and
Through Lots 2 & 3" (Nov. 11. 2005), "Drainage Easement Over and Through Lata 5. 6 &
7" (Dec. 16.2005), "Ada Drive" (June 19, 2004) and "Sewer Line Easement" (June 19,
2004). We would advise that all metes and bounds descriptions match those shown on
the Plans dated last revised November 12th, 2005.
