At s. special meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger held
on June 28, 1937, action was taken upon your recommendation directing and
au-choriz_~1g counsel to com::.nence an action against the principal and the
corporate Slirety on the subdivision bond previously posted to guarantee com-
):e'cion of im,provements in the above captioned subdivision. The basis of
ym.::.r recommendation and the resulting action of the Town Board was the
iac;~ that the developer has failed to diligently prosecute improvement work
uld to gene::-ally comply with conditions imposed by the municipality.
