Barger, Gray & Railing FROM: DE Associates Site Design and Environmental Planning Carmel, New York RE: Brookvale Subdivision Notice of Determination of Significance DATE: January 13, 1989 NOTICE OF DETERMINATION OF SIGNIFICANCE Pursuant to 6 NYCRR 617.10, this Memorandum shall constitute notification that the town of Wappinger Planning Board which has reaffirmed its designation as lead agency for the ~ithin project and has made a determination that the proposed Type I Action may have a significant effect on the envirorunent. This determination is a Positive Declaration for purposes of Article 8 of the New York State Environmental Conservation law. The lead agency is the Planning Board of the Town of Wappinger. For further information, interested parties should contact Herbert J. Levenson, Clerk to the Town of Wappinger planning Board, at (914) 297-6256. The project is proposed to consist of ninety-four (94) single-family lots on approximately ninety (90) acres of land fronting on Spook Hill Road ..in the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York.
