RE: Brookvale Subdivision on Spook H~ll Road
Dear Mr. Cobb:
This letter is to make you aware of further requirements
for final subdivision approval in the Town of Wappinger. The
Town Board has passed a resolution regarding inspection of
improvements in subdiv.isions.: A copy of said resolution is
enclosed. Also enclosed is a letter from the Engineer to the
Town with a table of rates for calculating costs of improvements.
The calculations must be ppproved by the Engineer to the Town.
Said fee for inspection of improvements must be paid
. before the Planning Board Chairman signs the final subdivision
plat.
The Town Board has' also authorized the Engineer to the Town
to review all subdivisions with regard to affects on downstream
drainage. This review may entail assessments per lot for a
downstream drainage fund if so determined by the Engineer to the
Town.
