Barger, P.E. & L.S., and dated Mavch 17, 1973, subject to the following requirements: within ~ix months of this tentative approval, the applicant is authorizeq to submit an application for approval of a subdivision plat in acco~dance with Article II~ Section 22~ Article III, Section 30~ and Article iv of the Subdivision Regulations. In addition, the application must meet the requirements of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance. In addition, the following improvements, reservations, changes, and requirements are pre-requisite to the approval of the plat. 1. Appr~val of the water supply and sewage treatment facilities shall be obtained from the Dutchess County Department of Health. 2. Road opening permits and curb cuts shall be obtained from the Town of Wappinger Highway Superintendent~ 3. Approval of road plan and profile, and plan and profile of the drainage systems shall be obtained from the Engineer to the Town. 4. Drainage flow patterns on all subdivided parcels shall be indicated on the plat. The water system shall be designed in accordance with the "Recommended Water System Design Standards" of the New York Fire Jnsurance Rating Organization.. The system shall also conform to the Town of Wappinger, Water System Specifications and the Town of Wappinger Water Law. '. C. Standard street signs will be required at each intersection and temporary signs shall be instal~ed during construction. D. Street specifications shall be those presently in effect. 6. Cul-de-sacs shall be constructed according to Town of Wappinger Highway Specifications presently in effect. 7. Recreation: Recreation land as indicated shall be dedicated to the Town and the deed to this parcel shall be given to the Planning Board prior to final subdivision approval. Monuments shall be installed at the angle points on the boundary lines of the recreation land. 8. The Planning Board reserves the right to review lots 92 throu~h 96 for suitability as building lots. 9.
