Buche for subdivision as shown on map entitled, "Subdivision Map for Portion of property of William G. & Nora M. Buche, located in the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess county, New York, prepared by Eric W. Gardell, P.E. & L.S., and dated June 1, 1971, subject to the following requirements: within six (6) months of this tentative approval, the applicant is autorized to submit an application for approval of a subdivision plat in accordance with Article II, Section 22; Article III, Section 30; and Article IV of the Subdivision Regulations. Buche, located in the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New Yorkll was received by the Town of Wappinger Planning Board on August 4, 1971 and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on said subdivision application and plat at the Town Hall, Mill street, wappingers Falls, New York, on August 16, 1971 at 8:00 p.m., and WHEREAS, the requirements of the Subdivision Regulations of the Town of Wappinger have been'met by said subdivision plat, and application, WHEREAS, the conditions of preliminary Approval of said subdivision plat, granted by the Town of Wappinger Planning Board on July 19, 1971, have been met.
