At the October 2, 1972 meeting, the Planning Board of the
Town of Wappinger unanimously adopted the following resolution:
WHEREAS, an application for final approval of a subdivision
plat entitled, "preliminary :Subdivision Plat,L. & L. Burgazzoli,
Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York", was received by
the Town of Wappinger Planning Board on September 27, 1972,
and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on said subdivision
application and plat at the Town Hall, Mill Street, Wappingers Falls,
New York, on October 2, 1972 at 8:00 p.m., and
WHEREAS, the requirements of the Subdivision Regulations
of the Town of Wappinger have been met by said subdivision plat
and application, except as noted below, and ,
WHEREAS, the conditions of the preliminary approval of said
subdivision plat, granted by the Town of Wappinger Planning Board
on May 1, 1972, have been met, except as not~d below.
.NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the application of Livio
and Louisa Burgazzoli for approval of said subdivision plat, prepared
by Ernest Martin, L.S., .and dated August 1972, be approved subject
to the following conditions,. and that the Chairman be authorized to
endorse' approval on said subdiv~sion plat. upon compliance with s~id
conditions.by the applicant, which conditional approval shall expire
six months from the date of this resolution. if the applicant has not
complied with .the conditions set forth.

Upon completion of all requirements set forth in the action
approving the Subdivision Plat, the Plat shall be properly signed
by the appropriate officers of the Planning Board, and shall be
filed by the applicant in the Office of the County Clerk in
accordance with the requirements of Section 278 of the Town Law.
Any Subdivision Plat not so filed within ninety days of the
date of Planning Board signature shall become null and void.,
1. Four copies of the filed map shall be submitted for
Planning Board files.
