RE: Lands of Capital Estates Subdivision - 1 Lot Subdivision _ Route 9
At the March 10th. 1986 meeting of the Town of Wappinger Planning Board. a
motion was made by Mr. Parsons. seconded by Mr. Fanuele. to grant preliminary and
final approval and to waive the final public hearing. The resolution of approval
is as follows:
WHEREAS. an application for final approval of a subdivision plat entitled "Subdivision
of Lands of Capital Estates. Town of Wappinger Dutchess County. New York". was
received by the Town of Wappinger Planning Board on March 10th. 1986. and
WHEREAS. a final public hearing is waived by the Town of Wappinger Planning Board. and
WHEREAS. the requirements of the Subdivision Regulations of the Town of Wappinger
have been met by said subdivision plat and application except as noted below. and
WHEREAS. the conditions of preliminary approval of said subdivision plat. granted
by the Town of Wappinger Planning Board on March 10th. 1986. have been met. except
as noted below.
NOW. THEREFORE. BE "IT RESOLVED THAT the application of Capital Estates. Inc. for
approval of said subdivision plat entitled.'" Subdivision of the Lands of Capital
Estates. Town of Wappinger. Dutchess County. New York". prepared by John E. Railing.
P.E.. L.S.. and dated February 5th. 1986 be approved subject to the following
conditions. and that the Chairman be authorized to endorse approval of said subdivision
plat upon compliance with said conditions by the applicant. with conditional approval
shall expire six months from the date of this resolution if the applicant has not
complied with the conditions set forth.
Upon completion of all requirements set forth in the action approving the Subdivision
plat. the plat shall be properly signed by the appropriate officers of the Planning
Board. and shall be filed by the applicant in the Office of the County Clerk in accordance
with the requirements of Section 278 of the Town Law. Any Subdivision Plat not so filed
within sixty days of the date of Planning Board signature shall become null and void.
