MGD/Capolino Application Review Authorization
Dear Joe:
As per our recent conversation, the purpose of this letter is to inform the Town that we
are currently providing traffic consulting services (not planning or environmental
services) for Ginsburg Development CT, LLC (Connecticut) a division of the Ginsburg
Development Corporation (GDC). Our professional services are limited to traffic
consulting for Conn~cticut developments.
It came to our attention at the May 20, 2002 meeting of the Planning Board that MGD
Development Group, LLC (MGD) is the contract vendee for the Capolino property on
Old Hopewell Road and Route 9D, and that MGD is a subsidiary company of GDC. We
have not and are not involved in any business with MGD, and until May 20th, were not
aware ofMGD or that it was associated with the Ginsburg Development Corporation.
In accordance with the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) Code of Ethics,
we would appreciate it if you would endorse and return a copy of this letter authorizing
