Street trees are requirements of our Subdivision Regulations. The planting of street trees generally are included in the Subdivision Bond posted by the developer. In order to avoid the planting of the street trees, the developer will have to apply to the Planning Board for an amendment to his Resolution of Subdivision Approval authorizing a waiver of the planting of these trees.
