Revised Site Plan Approval, Route 376, in the Town of Wappinger. " At the August 29th, 1983 meeting of the Planning Board, a motion was made by Mr. Mills, to grant site plan approval and adopt the following resolution: The Planning Board of the Town of Wappinger hereby grants~ revised site plan approval to Ronald La Sota for site pl~ entitled "Castle Racquet & Fitness Club, Town of Wappinger~ Dutchess CountY,.N..Y.. u, prepared by Richard G.. Bqrger,p..E~ & LoS.. and dated 5/3/83, revised 6/23/83, 6/18/83 and 8/21/83, subject ~.. to the fOllowing conditions: 1. Approval of the Dutchess. County Department of Health shall be obtained prior to the issuance of a building permit. .'8 [; t 2. Approval of the New York State Department of Transportation on entrance/exit shall be obtained prior to the issuance of a building permit. ., 3 . Drainage plan shall be submitted and approved by the Engineer to the Town prior to the issuance of a building permit. Erosion contro1 plan shall be submitted and reviewed by the Conservation Advisory Council and then approved by the Engineer to the Town prior to the issuance of a building permit. " , (; .t:: ~ 5.. Downstream drainage~fee of $ .15 a square foot for newly constructed roofed areas and areas covered by impervious material shall be paid prior to the issuance of a building permit. August 31st, 1983 6. Signs shall conform to the requirements of the ToWn .~f Wappinger Zoning OrdiAance unless a variance is. first obtai~ed. " 7. A copy of the building plans shall be supplied to the Fire Prevention Bureau for their review prior to the issuance of a building permit. 8. Twenty-five foot wide access shall be provided along the fro~of the building for fire fighting equipment and a dropped curb shall be provided by the patio area for emergency access. (This has been shown on the revised plan.) 9. Tabular analysis of the proposed use of all floor space shall be delineated on the site plan. 10. Plan s~all be revised to show ten percept landscaping within the perimeter of the parking area. '.. 11. "No Parking" signs shall be installed in the fire lane areas.. 12. Lighting plan.acceptabled to the Zoning Administrator shall be presented prior to the. issuance of a building permit. 13. Islands in the gravelled parking areas should be built up with railroad ties, curbs, etc. to provide for positive traffic control. Th'e motion was seconded by Mr. Lawrence..
