Re: Casucci Subdivision Hackensack Heights Road .. Dear Mr Lapar: Relative to the drainage from the above referenced subdi- vision, we have evaluated the property with respect to the present composite "c" factor (runoff factor) and the future "C" factor. Our findings are as follows: Present Site: Wooded Area 3.2 acres @ C = 0.3 Wet Area 0.2 acres @ C = 1.0 Composite "C" 3.4 acres @ C = 0.34 Future Site (Developed) : Wooded Area 3.2 acres @ C = 0.3 Roof Area(4500 sf)0.10 acres @ c = 1.0 Driveways(4000 sf)0.10 acres @ C = 1.0 Composite "C" 3.4 acres @ C = 0.34 The future site would reflect eliminating the standing water on the site and piping the northerly side of the subdivision to the drainage ditch along Hackensack Heights Road. As can be seen from the above calculations, the net effect of generating additional runoff from the site after this change would remain about the same. If you have any questions, please contact me.
