Following up on our conversation of Thursday, November 13,2003, I am enclosing
herewith a photocopy of the Petition from several of the homeowners in the Cedar :Kno11s
Subdivision. Supervisor Ruggiero thought it might be appropriate to reference that
Petition in the Resolutions you are preparing.
I am also enclosing a copy of an estimate of costs prepared by Paggi, Martin & Del Bene,
LLP, Engineers to the TowIl, in connection with this project. It is my understanding that
we are supposed to include all miscellaneous costs such as legal fees, condemnation fees
