(\ '-../ / /J 0 l)D ~ c-/~ April 10, 1970 :- ,- RE: Proposed Spook Hill Estates Subdivision (69 lots, property on Spook Hill Road) and Proposed Central Park Homes Subdivision (76 lots, property on Widmer Road) Gentlemen: Enclosed are copies of two letters received by the Town of Wappinger Planning Board at its April 6th meeting, requesting further extensions of the preliminary approvals of the above projects. The Planning Board, upon receipt of these letters, further extended both of these preliminary approvals to expire on May 15, 1970. The proposed Spook Hill Estates Subdivision (property of Hankin Associates, Inc.) was granted preliminary approval on April 5, 1965, after having applied for such approval on March 1, 1965. To date, the Planning Board has granted a total of eighteen (18) extensions for the proposed Spook Hill Estates Subdivision. The proposed Central Park Homes Subdivision (Property of Mr. William Lisofsky) was granted preliminary approval on February 7, 1966, after having applied for such approval on December 6, 1965. To date, the Planning Board has granted a total of fifteen (15) extensions for the proposed Central Park Homes Subdivision. As you are aware, these two projects are awaiting the formation of a sewer district, as they have been denied permission to form priva=te sewage disposal corporations pursuant to the... j tor
