Brent and Phillips, counsel for the developer of the above captioned subdivision. The letter of Mess:cs. B:cent and Phillips amounts to a request for an extension of time to apply for final approval of the subdivision for a period of six months from August 7, 1967. The declared basis for the request is the in- ability of the developer to mak8 appropriate ar:cangements for sanitary sewer s2rvice. Of course, any such arrangements sup)oses that t:.:e developer will be obliged to make necessary installations and to dedicate the sS.=--.G.e to the Town free and clear of incumbrances and without charge. To the best of O"J.r klowledge, neither counsel nor the developer have approached town oii'icizJs to date. It would be our recommendation that the Planning Board extend the developer's time to apply for final approval for a period not to exceed three months.
