Dear Mr. Liaofsky:
The Planning Board baa reviewed your pre-submi.sion
preliminary site plan. We have inspected the site and feel
it offers good opportunity for residential use.
In the interest of improved desiqn, we offer: the
following auqqestiona for your consideration:
1. Relocation of the indicated western most of the two
River Road connections, to the extreme western
portion of the property. This will permit a much
flatter grade than indicated on the submitted
sketch, and also eliminate the excessively long
dead end.
2. Regrouping of the buildings into several small
groups. This would permit the retention of at
leaat four large areas of undisturbed land and
many smaller inward oriented green squares.
3. Us. of buildings of varying lengths and heights

4. Place pool and recreation area at hiqh point. of
hill. This would give this facility a site
commensurate with its important functions.

Our review was made in concert with our Planning
Consultant, Mr. Davie! Ornstein. He haa prepared a sketch
which reflects the above recomaaendations. The sketch ia on
file at the Town office., or you may wish to contact Mr.
Ornstein for further discu.sion.
We feel the recommended chang.. could provide an
improved site plan which would benefit you, future tenants,
and the Town.
