Bid Results
Dear Supervisor Gutzler and Members of the Town Board:
Clark Patterson Lee is recommending to the Town their approval of a change order to
complete the fencing and gates to enclose the Challenger Field. The outfield fencing was
bid alternative 1 and the additional gates and enclosure was identified as necessary due to
the budget not allowing for the construction of the two dugouts. This will increase the
contract to Sun Up Enterprises, Inc. to a total amount of $204,765.
