This is to advise that the two lots shown in the Bob Emig Subdivision located on Cedar
Hill Road are in the United Wappinger Sewer District. As such the properties will be
provided sewer service by the district. Lot #1 is an existing house that is already
connected to the sewer system. The proposed house on lot #2 will also be connected
to the system.

THIS INDENTURE, made the 23rd day of September, two thousand and

BETWEEN BOB EMIG CONSTRUCTION CORP., a New York Corporation with~
an office at 109 Harrigan Road, Hopewell Junction, New York
12533, party of the first part, .and Town of Wappinger, a
Municipal Corporation with its principal office at 20 Middlebush ~
Road, Wappingers Falls, New York 12590, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of
one dollar ($1.00) actual consideration paid by the party of the
second part, does hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the
party of the second part, its successors and or assigns forever,
ALL its right, title and interest in and to all that certain lot,

Dutchess County, New York and described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the centerline of Cedar Hill Road and
said point being the northeasterly corner of the lands of Emig,
thence in a southerly direction and generally along the
centerline of Cedar Hill Road and the easterly line of Emig, the
following courses and distances, SOUTH 04-33-48 EAST 100.46 feet
to a point, thence SOUTH 19-13-48 EAST 149.89 feet to the
southeasterly corner of the lands of Emig, thence in a westerly
direction along the southerly line of Emig and leaving the center
line of Cedar Hill Road, SOUTH 72-28-12 WEST 28.22 feet to a
point, thence in a northerly direction over and through the lands
of Emig the following courses and distances, NORTH 17-50-57 WEST
83.42 feet to a point, thence NORTH 15-30-43 WEST 75.45 feet to a
point, thence NORTH 10-11-13 WEST 53.75 feet to a point, thence
NORTH 00-43-32 WEST 34.91 feet to a concrete monument set at the
northerly line of Emig with the southeasterly corner of Lot no. 2
as shown on a certain map entitled Elizabeth Donavan Subdivision
and filed in the Dutchess County Clerk's Office as filed map no.
7102, thence in a easterly direction along the northerly line of
Emig, NORTH 67-53-12 EAST 27.25 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing 0.15 acres of lands more or less.
Subject to the rights of public utilities of record.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party
of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the
above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER
with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party
of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD

AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of
the Lien Law, hereby covenant that the party of the first part
will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold

improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the
cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the
same for any other purpose.
