SITE PLAN CONFORMANCE III it Also in our capacity as Town Engineer, we are responsible for ensuring that site plans for commercial sites are constructed in conformance with plans approved by municipal planning boards. Site inspections include parking, drainage, roadway landscaping and lighting improvements, as well as architectural facades. Also included in our site inspections is erosion control. With new Phase II Storm Water regulations, municipalities are responsible for ensuring that construction sites are in conformance with approved erosion control plans. Providing this inspection ensures the municipality that these requirements are satisfied and that the Town's general permit is not jeopardized. .. l .. {. t: .. i Iii.
