The property is located at 7 Sylvia Drive and is identified as Tax Grid No. 6257-02- 761768 in the Town of Wappinger. Mr. Clark: We have an existing deck that we constructed 1 ~ years ago. Our elderly parents couldn't get in the pool without the deck. The building inspector came out and said it was constructed very well. I have been the owner of the property for over 19 ~ years. Mr. DellaCorte: The deck is behind the pool with the steps to the rear? Mr. Clark: Yes. Mr. Kuzmicz: This is an above ground pool? Mr. Clark: Yes. I have a CO for the pool. I also submitted a recent survey that was done 2 months ago that shows the distance of the steps to the rear boundary line. Mr. DellaCorte: Is the rear line staked? Mr. Clark: The rear is all fenced in with a white picket fence. Mr. DellaCorte: If we came out we would need the property staked. Mr. Kuzmicz: With the recent survey done I think its ok. Mr. DellaCorte: Agreed. We will set your public hearing for January 26, 2010. Mr. Clark: Thank you. Ms. Kuzmicz: Mr. McVeigh: Vote: Motion to adjourn. Second the motion All present voted aye.
