This is the only matter in which my firm has represented DCH. Prior to being involved with DCH, I had previously approved all legal documents required by the Planning Board's Resolution of Site Plan Approval except for a covenant to maintain a small wetland buffer area. We initially thought the maintenance covenant would be covered by the conservation easement. After discussions with Barbara Roberti, DCH's attorney, Jon Adams and Dave Stolman, we thought it best to have a separate maintenance covenant. Mr. Adams drafted a separate maintenance covenant which I have approved. The sole purpose is to advise you of my firm's limited engagement with DCH.
