A Public Hearing was held on August 12, 1971 at 7:00 P.M. at the
Town Hall, Mill Street, Wappingers Fails, New York on an Application
made by MTS Associates, Ltd. for approval of the extension of its
water lines to Rolling Ridge Estates, pursuant to Local Law #2, 1967.
Acting Supervisor Donald Finnan opened the Hearing at 7:15 P.M.

Louis Clausen, Councilman
The Town Clerk offered for the record the Affidavits of Posting
and Publication duly sworn to and notarized by Albert M. Osten.
(These Affidavits are attached hereto and made a part thereof of
the Minutes of this Hearing).
Mr. Finnan asked if there was anyone who wished to speak in favor
or against this application.
No one spoke for or against.
Mr. Mills moved to close the Hearing, seconded by Mr. Holt and
carried.
The Hearing closed at 7:18 P.M.
