Public Meeting Notice
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM
2013-2017 CONSOLIDATED PLAN
The Dutchess County Department of Planning and Development, division of Community Development and Housing, and
the City of Poughkeepsie Office of Social Development are holding public meetings for comments on the working draft
of the Executive Summary and the Strategic Plan of the 2013-2017 Consol~dated Plan which establishes the priorities for
the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership (HOME), and Housing Opportunities
for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) Programs. The County and City may receive approximately $2.3 million dollars annually
through these programs over the next five years and priorities established in this Plan will direct the allocation of these
resources to programs and projects that will benefit low and moderate-income persons. We invite all interested parties
to attend one of the following public meetings to have input into the establishment of these priorities:
