Motion made by Judge Kelly seconded by Councilman Mewkill that bills
be paid. Motion Carried
Supervisor Scofield reported that the special census was completed
,during the month of April at a total cost to the Town of $ 7.119.81
The population of the Ton of Wappinger taken in the 1950 egnsus
was 5090 . The special census just completed shows a gain of 2837
making the present population 7927. The Village gain that part in
the Town of Wappinger increased by 709 this number is included in
the Town of Wappinger total.
.Motion made by Councilman Hager seconded by Judge Beatty that meeting
adjourn. Motion carried

No Board of Health meeting was held,Health Officer William E.
Garlick reported to Town Clerk three cases of chicken pox &
a few minor complaints otherwise Town health was in good
condition.
