receipt of a deed from Loiiis Eck to the Toti-,*n of Wappinger covering road
known as Ada Drive and shovm on maps entitled "Ardmore :Iills” Section B• LC
and Ardmore Hills Section D and being a portion of Ada Drive and two
parcels ;nown as Peter Drive and shown on certain maps entitled "Ardmore TTiiisf1
Section B C and Ardmore :Hills Section D. The above parcels are to be used
for highi,,ray purposes only. The Town accepts these hightiray s subject to the
approval of the deed by our Town Attorney. Motion parried
