The funds available iI'om the CDBG program totals npproximately $80,000. Non-Collusive Bidding Certificate and Bid Bond were provided. Based on Clark Patterson Lee's (CPL) evaluation of the bids received, Sunup Enterprises has been identified as the low qualified bidder. Given the funds available CPL recommend award to Sunup Enterprises, Inc. for the base bid amount and alternative A-I for a total of $78,275.
