Motion to open the public hearing. Second the motion All present voted aye. We are trying to sell the house and there is an in-ground pool that has been here for over 30 years. We found out in this process that we do not have the proper setbacks. Are there any questions from the board? Hearing none. We did a si~e visit and the property behind you is very wooded. Is there anyone in the audience with a question or comment? Hearing none. Motion to close the public hearing. Second the motion. All present voted aye. Motion to grant the variance. This is not undesirable to the neighborhood, it has been there for 30 years so there are no other feasible methods to correct this short of filling it in.
