We are looking for a front yard variance in order to build
a shelter to reduce noise and to keep any projectiles from
going awry. We will not be closer the road then what is
there now.
Discussion with board members showing details in the
project plans.

I make a motion to grant the variance. This will not
change the character of the neighborhood. This will
not produce any environmental concerns. Although
this is self-created, it is not substantial and they are
dedicating the roadway to the town.

Mr. DellaCorte: Aye.
