Second the motion All present voted aye. I am Leann Lawson the daughter of Diane Lawson. My Mother could not be here. We are here to get approval for a new garage. We need more space and we want to park our cars inside a garage. The house will remain the same with the same flow? Yes. Board members discussed building plans. Mr. DellaCorte: The electrical cord was to mark the property line? Ms. Lawson: Yes. We just put it there to mark out the garage and the property line for you. Mr. McVeigh: Are those trees on the side coming down for this? Ms. Lawson: I believe some of the trees will need to come down. Is it for storage? They are parking in the garage now. Why is the addition in the front and not in the rear? My mom didn't want to block the windows. Mr. Casella: Mr. McVeigh: ZBA Roll Call: I make a motion to grant the variance. This will not be detrimental to the environment, is not substantial but is self-created. These are the conditions this is approved with: Shrubbery must be planted on the side of the garage as tall as what's existing. I want to place it where the existing door. I cannot shift the door over or it would interfere with my septic tank. I need between I and 3 feet. So you are asking for the larger amount to be safe? Yes. We will come out for a site visit and your public hearing will be on August loth. Make sure your property line is clearly marked out for Saturday. Thank you.
