Present:
Denise Suraci - Architect for the Kerrs
Ms. Suraci:
We are seeking a variance for an accessory apartment for
the Kerrs. The first variance is for the size of the
apartment and the second variance is for a side yard
setback.
Mr. Prager:
How many people will be living in the apartment and
how many in the rest of the house?
Ms. Suraci:
The owners and two children upstairs and two adults and
one small child downstairs in the apartment. Seven
people in total. There are medical and financial reasons
that the daughter is moving back in with her parents.
Discussion took place at the dais.
Mr. DellaCorte: Can you bring the size down a little?
Ms. Suraci: It really can't get much smaller.
Mr. Prager: This is really quite large.
Mr. DellaCorte: How much will this cost to build?

Around $60,000.00.
The size really bothers me. We received a memo from
the Graham Foster, the Highway Superintendent. He
said they couldn't expand the curb cut or it will be
unsafe. I request the Fire Inspector weigh in on this.
I will discuss this with Mark Liebermann and have a
response for you.
We will do a site inspection this Saturday and your
public hearing will be on September 14th.
Thank you.

We need the signs to state that this is Adams
Construction doing the work and to point out the
construction entrance. The other sign is a typical
'Coming Soon' sign. Our insurance agent wants the
construction sign on the property.
The second sign will be larger and next to the other sign?
Yes. The signs will come down with the construction
fence. At that point the permanent sign will be up for the
grand opening.
We will set this public hearing for September l4t\ 2010.
Thank you.
Motion to adjourn.
Second the motion
All present voted aye.
Meeting ended at 8:30 PM
