Biasotti The primary purpose for this meeting was to interview those persons selected by ['-ir. ROG8rs for SUlnmer playground employment. Commissioners talked \tJith e~ch individual and,after they had been excused, expressed their approval of each person as selected by Mr. Rogers. Some residents of the development have claimed that their deeds state they have rights to the pond s~tuated on the property which has been offered to the Town for recreation. No further action will be taken regarding this matter until the Commission hears from the Town attorney, Mr. Rappleyea. " H u ~; h son v i J. .l '8 ~r. Gcrren reported that the fire company is setting up ~ grqunds com~iittee to develop the land around the firehouse and they have asked Mr. Garren to sit in on meetings relating to recreation. Mr. Garren indicated that he cannot do much more unless the Town of Wappinger receives a de~d to the property. Mr. Garren also reported that Charles Bell will be doing the mowing at Hughson- ville field at a cost of about ~35.00 per month. CI.Jie't P.c.res It was reported that the field has been mowed and Mr. Porter and Mr. Schlathaus "Jill mark the field on Friday evening, ~1ay 19th.
