We will contact our Town Attorney, Allen Rappelyea to set up a meeting with Mr. Hankin's attorney to work it out. Then we can follow through and notify Town Highway to fill up area with debris such as bricks, etc. and when possible we would put in a machine to mow. Mr. Garren asked what guarantee would we have about mini-bikes running around area after it is cleared and made suitable for recreation site. Another factor is noise from mini-bikes which would probably bring complaints from neighbors. A suggestion was made to put up signs restricting mini-bikes.
