Wielgas attended the moeting to ask the Commission about what was going to be done at the Angel Brook Recreation Area. Mr. Wielgas had heard a rumor that the Commission was going to build a culvert and install piping. Mr. Wielgas said that if this was done it would cause considerable damage and flooding to his home. The Commission told ~ir. Wielgas that they had never had any intention of building a culvert, and that they plan to have a saucer ditch made to the left of the field in the swamp area.
