Mr. Joe Landolfi attended the meeting to raise the question of possibly
using a piece of land in Wildwood #1 for Recreation. Mr. Landolfi explained
that the land is a 2 acre parcel across from the Wilwood Manor Apts. that
is presently being used only as a dumping gnound and it has become an
eye3ore.
Mr. Maurer asked ~r. Landolfi what he wished to see there if it were
possible.
Mr. Landolfi said he knew that, due to the fact that the land is adjacent
to New Hackensack Rd., the recreation would be very limited. He suggested
just cleaning the area up and possibly putting in some benches. Mr. Landolfi
also said that their Civic Association had some money and if it looks at
all possible he will get more people together and they would be willing to
help any way that they could.
Mr. Maurer said the Commission would set up a field trip to see what the
needs are and talk to ~r. Alexander the owner and then contact the Town
Board.
Mr. Landolfi said he could be contacted at 297-5555
